It has been a great pleasure to work with Lafayette Hotels. Here are some work samples from various Lafayette projects. Photo above: Aspinquid outdoor pool. Photos below: An oceanfront room at Lafayette’s Oceanfront in Wells. It is often better to have a small slide show for a guest room than one or two photos. A website viewer will immediately see all aspects of the room and be ready to book it instead of asking many questions. Note that the room is evenly lit and you can see the view clearly. The edges of doors, windows and walls are “squared up” not twisted and warped. The photos look the same as if you were standing there physically. Click for larger views.

The Lafayette’s Oceanfront Resort tour has been viewed over 100,000 times and is fun to watch.  Click the image to see the tour. This is a large, complicated property. The tour shows the highlights and does not get bogged down into too much detail. It has 8 room images (2 panoramic) and 7 general property images (2 panoramic) and several photos of the surrounding area, 30 images total. You receive weekly or monthly traffic reports showing the tour viewership.

Printed Materials And Advertising

This is a 6 panel brochure for the Norseman Ogunquit. It is 9 X 12, 6 panels. It looks much better holding it in your hand, and not as busy, because the panels fold and you are viewing it in sections. It is a lot of information with many images, but it works because it is clean and well organized. We also create rack cards, postcards and business cards. The third image is a full page ad for a Chamber of Commerce guide. These ads are often out of date and they cst a lot, so you want to make the best of it.
